Getting to Work

The way I coach is through partnering with you in meaningful conversations using a client centered approach and holding up a "mirror" so you can become aware of your thoughts.  

It's as simple as that really.  

My expertise lies in creating a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space where you are able to talk to me about how stuck or unhappy you feel in your life.

There, we can explore the problems you have, discuss the behavior you want to change, figure out how to improve your performance levels or set a goal you want to accomplish.  

In this space I validate you, recognize your emotions and listen to you actively at a level most do not.  

Through this method I will reflect, ask questions, challenge, empathize and walk along the path with you.  

This path is what will lead us to your Inner Huddle (true self).  

There, changes will happen through actions you will take and accountability you will assume so you can become the best version of yourself and live your best life.
