Controlling your inner thoughts and talk
The voice in your head can turn one mistake into a verdict. We can notice the words you use with yourself and make them more accurate and useful.
You can learn to pause before every thought becomes a command. We can practise a more grounded response, especially when the inner voice is loud or dismissive.
The aim is not to think positively on demand. It is to speak to yourself in a way that leaves room for choice and a next step.
The Inner Huddle is coaching for men, not therapy. Sessions are on Google Meet. Book a conversation with Franck Tellier.
